Hi, I'm Joe and I am a very good savoury chef. Unfortunately, I cannot make desserts to save my life. This blog chronicles my attempts to replicate recipes from the Great British Bake Off, including making them vegan-friendly (otherwise I couldn't eat them). They might not go very well.
